"I was part of the 7 weeks Mobile Fitness Coach sessions with Ms. Susanne Mockenhaupt organized for our team Commercial Strategy and Steering Europe. I learned a lot of small exercises that I can do while I’m in the office on my desk or unnoticeably while I’m on meetings. Also exercises that can help me to energize myself after long sitting hours in front of the PC, prevent spine issues and etc. After the 30min. sessions we were all energized to continue the second part of our daily work, the effect of the exercises was immediately visible. The exercise are very helpful, I found personally very helpful the exercises for the hand, wrist muscles, which can prevent me from having a wrist pain from the long typing and working with the mouse. What I also found very nice is that besides the explanation how single exercise should be done, she was explaining why this or that exercise is good and which muscles are activated, and what is the impact of the exercises and also the future potential prevention of practicing regularly.
It was a pleasure having 30min once per week, office fitness with Ms. Mockenhaupt who was always very inspiring and radiant. I would most warmly recommend Ms. Mockenhaupt as a trainer and the overall MFC. Cheers to the next training"
